Jeremiah Booth died 10 NOV 1824 leaving daughter who had since married John Lewellin, administrator fo the Booth estate. Wife's name, Mary.

By 19 MAR 1828, John Lewellin had died leaving Mary and their only son and heoir responisble for the debt of Jeremiah who died intestate to the sums of $6,433 in debt, $13,000 in damages and miscellaneous other sums.

John was alive 19 JUN 1826.
