Amalia Evelyn FLUALLEN
Born Sept. 11, 1915 in Snelling, CA to Annetta and Vito Poncioni. Passed away January 8, 2010 in Roseville, CA at age 94. Preceded in death by her husband Paul R. Fluallen, brother Nino Poncioni, and sister Marie Curran. Survived by sister Annie Rossi (Pete); daughters, Nancy Cole (Harry) and Marilyn Kapeckas (Vito); grandchildren, Gregory Fruscella (Carolyn), Tanya Magill (Carl) and Derek Carey (Karen); and 8 great-grandchildren. After 30 plus years with the DMV, she retired at the age of 70. For Mollie, retirement meant lots of gardening. With a hoe in hand, her thumb was always green - cherry tomatoes and figs were her favorites. Mollie was always busy but frequently found time to help others. Her strength and success stemmed from a true compassion for others and living each day of her life based on the Golden Rule. Mollie's zest for life was a true lesson to all. She will live forever in our hearts and minds.
We love you.
