Burnice Webb Lewallen (1914) married Shirley Bugh (1924) in Minneapolis, Minn. in 1944. Shirley's parents were Vernon (1904-1987) and Ruth Lovin Bugh (1896-1980). They lived in Burtrun, Minn. for many years and were parents of six children.
Burnice and Shirley met in the State of Washington, when both were employed at Hanford Engineer Works. They now live in Orange, Texas. Shirley was recently elected Treasurer of Orange County, Texas. Burnice is a DuPont retiree. They have three children: Stephen, Ruth Ann and Russell.
Stephen attended Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas. He is a DuPont employee at La Porte, Texas. His wife Patricia has a Master's Degree from the University of Houston. She teaches at North Shore Middle School near Houston.
Ruth Ann has a Master's Degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She teaches at Clark High School in Plano, Texas. She married James Stover. They have two children: Amy and Clayton Fruge.
Russel has a B.A. degree from University of Texas. he is a Texaco employee and lives in Houston.
