Texas and C.B.Hurt - does anyone have any information on James (J.C.) Allison the husband of Ada Melinda Hurt? All I know is they married 16 Jul 1911 in Taylor County, Texas. Also, I wanted to know where Thomas "Howard" Hurt and his wife Alberta were buried? Thanks for your help. Karen

Karen, all the information I can give you now is that James J.C. Allison, married my mother's sister Ada Melinda Cleveland July 16, 1911 at Shep, Texas, they had 13 children. They are both buried in Rule, TX. in Haskell Co. We called them Uncle Jim & Aunt Ada.
Thomas Howard Hurt, my Mother's brother, married Alberta Coffman on Dec. 19, 1926. They are both buried in the Lakeview Cemetery , just north of Winters, TX.
