Martha and I have received the results of the DNA test her husband did. It's a perfect match with my cousin, Larry Lewallen, and with Mike Lewelling. Larry and I descend from Wiley Lewallen born 1795 N.C. and Mike descends from William Lewelling who died 1799 Randolph County, N.C.
We haven't found anything concrete to show who Wiley's father was yet - and I said yet because hopefully we'll find something to indicate who he was one of the se days. William Lewelling had a son named Joseph and more than likely, that's the Joseph whose descendants moved into Banks County, Gerogia.
Please check this information and see if it is, in fact, the same Joseph. If so then we can fill in the genealogical information to make that particular one more complete.

Incidentally, I neglected to include that a descendant of Anderson Lewallen's DNA also matches Larry, Mike and Martha's husband's DNA.
