BOBBIE JEAN WADDELL
KINGS MOUNTAIN —  Bobbie Jean Lewallen Waddell, 67, of 2452 Cobb Drive, died July 2, 2004, at her home.
She was born in Banks County, Ga., daughter of the late Bentley and Essie Ausburn Lewallen.
FUNERAL: 2 p.m. Sunday, Christian Freedom Baptist Church
INTERMENT: Church cemetery
VISITATION: 7-9 tonight, Harris Funeral Home
Bobbie Jean was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed special time with her husband of 50 years, camping and watching the Atlanta Braves and NASCAR on T.V. Her hobby was crocheting and giving afghans to family and friends. The Waddells are grateful for the love, prayers, food, cards and all the support from the Christian Freedom Family and Hospice of Cleveland County during our time of sorrow. She was a member of Christian Freedom Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, NC and retired from American Security-Danaher Tool Group, Gastonia, NC and worked for Neisco Industries.
SURVIVORS: Husband, William B. Waddell; sons, Ricky Waddell, Kings Mountain, NC, Scott Waddell and wife Millicent, Kings Mountain, NC; daughter, Jane Waddell Burton and husband Kenneth, Kings Mountain, NC; grandchildren, Chris, Dustin, Haleigh, Chelsea and Josh Waddell, all of Kings Mountain, NC, Crystal Bridges and Tracey Bridges Bowen of Grover, NC; 12 great grandchildren; special friends, Clarence and Renee Calhoun, Grover, NC; a number of nieces and nephews

Her grandmother was Nancy C. Lewallen daughter of Thomas A. Lewallen, who was the son of Joseph Lewallen and Elizabeth Watson. Her grandfather was also a Lewallen,
J. B. or "Jay" which ever record you look at, his mother was Sallie Lewallen.
