I do not know the story behind them both dying the same day.

Yes, my information is posted on this site under the title, My family, I think. Short version: My mother Dorothy Mae Lewallen 1919, her father John Edward Lewallen 1893, his father Amos Lewallen 1859, his father Zacheriah Lewallen 1822, his father Joel Lewallen 1803, his father Anderson Lewallen 1764.
