Description: General Land Grand records for Tennessee and Texas Lewellen 1888. I found this while trying to find my relatives in the same area of Shep Texas. I found that Harrison Lewallen had land in the same area and on census and death records Harrison and John Lewellen 1812 went back and forth from Taylor County to Bell County at the same time on Harrisons land record the Certificate number is the same as this one and the Abstract number is only 3 numbers off

Thanks for posting this. Tennessee and Texas were, as you know, daughters of John and Emily Lewallen. They moved to Temple, Bell County, 1873 then to Shep, Taylor County where John died 1896.
