Description: This is one of the indexes for the land grants. There are some pdf files attached but I was not able to get one to open this morning. If you are interested go to the www.glo.state.tx.us/archives/landgrant.html click on the red printed words Land Grant Database and a purple fill in the blank form will come up then type in any name Lewallen, Lewellen or etc. and an index like the one here will come up
