Noting Dennis' comments, it seems apparent that he would like to share this information. We'd still like to get in touch with him and make certain it's okay with him to post all of this but have been unable to reach him. If anyone knows how to contact him, please let us know. What he has in his book is some valuable genealogical researched materials, not just for the Banks County, GA. Lewallens, but for many of the other lines as well.
Dennis, if you ever get on the site, we want you to know how much we appreciate this. Good job !
